Here are some places that you may wish to check out in London, England:

The above centres have practice nights for competitors and believe also social nights.
However, they will be able to help you directly and give you recommendations once you talk to them about the specifics that you were looking for in a social dance situation (e.g., whether you already have a partner, or would like to meet people and dance with others who may be single, etc.)

Did you find anywhere to dance ballroom in Amsterdam? I'll be there on June 23rd for a couple of days and I'm trying to find somewhere to have a dance while I'm there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
