House was born the day they tried to kill it in Comiskey Park. The marginalized people rose and from the ashes of broken records came a raw and soulful sound known today as house. There is an entire underground dance and music culture that openly reaches out to its disco heritage and moves toward a future of twisted beats and undulating bodies.
