Well From another board There was mention of stretching buddies. What they do is become friends, keep eachother motivated, make goals, and inform eachother about stretches and workouts that helped them and will probably help you! So who wants to give it a shot? So basically write down your name, type of dance, age, how long you've been dancing, and your goals! Also an email address would be a good idea (but please be safe!) So here is me- Name-Christi Type of dance-Ballet, Pointe, Hip hop, Tap, jazz, and some lyrical and jazz funk Age-13 How many years-8 years Goals-Right and Left over split, Needles, Perfect Triple, decent quad, Perfect Grande Jetes and side leaps, Switch leap, Switching Side Leaps and switching leaps, High Kicks, Balk Limber, Back Handspring layout and tuck, (and lots more!!) - All to be done by end of this year (2006) |
