Clemmons/Dewing Casting will hold an open call for the 2011-2012 National Tour of In the Heights. Rehearsals begin September 12, 2011. Tour starts October 17th, 2011 and is contracted through June 2012.

Seeking:

GRAFFITI PETE Any ethnicity, Male, late teens-early 20s, streetwise, excellent hip-hop dancer; also needs break-dancing skills.

ENSEMBLE DANCERS Males and females, 18+, all ethnicities, several people must play latino or African American, all shapes and sizes. Must be a technically strong dancer and very proficient in the areas of hip-hop and jazz. Salsa/Latin partnering is a plus. Must be able to sing and possibly understudy principal roles.

Please come prepared to dance with sneakers and dance shoes. Ladies bring danceable heels. Please prepare a brief pop song that shows off range in the correct key in case you are asked to sing. Bring a current picture/resume. All Paid Positions. (Salary + Per Diem + Housing + Flexible Spending Account)
