There is currently no Texas or Region V (AR, CO, LA, NM, OK, TX) YCN coordinator. so with the lack of a chapter (the San Antonio chapter is inactive), so this means lack of local support of the new college club, TLU Ballroom Dance Society at Texas Lutheran University. Other college clubs and USA Dance chapters in Region V may consider fundraising for the new club. I have not found an instructor for the Austin/San Antonio area.
