The organizers are now accepting Contestant entries for the 2007 Miss Matryoshka Pageant. Contestants must have ex-Soviet Union or East European background, age 16 to 27. For more information, please visit www.russianfestival.ca

Congratulations to Inga Skaya, 2nd Runner-Up of Miss Matryoshka pageant. She has now been crowned, Miss Universe Canada 2007 and will go on to compete in the Miss Universe Contest.



Congratulations also to Leon and the team from Miss Matryoshka!


58 beautiful delegates from across the country competed for the title and the rights to represent CANADA at the Miss Universe 2007 pageant to take place in Mexico City, Mexico on May 28th.
