Twenty reasons why dancing is great for a guy's wellbeing.
This is my list of twenty reasons why dancing is great for Well-Being. Over the next few weeks I will add my own personal comments to each reason in my blog which you can link to from here. The boundaries between emotional, physical, mental and spiritual well-being are very porous, if the boundaries exist at all. This is not an exhaustive list.
