I was wondering how long a dancer should use a pair of Toe Pads before replacing them? Thanks!

I usually replace my toe pads when they get really worn out, and the gel gets thin and dirty. It really depends on what type of toe pad you're wearing. Do you use lamb's wool or gel pads, or something else? And sometimes the company that makes the toe pad will give you information on when they should be replaced, and the proper care.

Saran Wrap between the tights and the toes helps prevent the rubbing too.
