andyjonas58What if ... you could never dance again!
I was net surfing and has come up to this video. It was really amazing this Arab video is one of the best out there. And there's so much more yet to be discovered. What I love about it is its spontaneity, letting the music invibe, synch and be in your senses.
Arab Video http://www.themusicage.com/video.php?content_id=6004 Also the background music is also good. I keep playing it over and over again. There are also a lot of cool stuff now. Get full access to all the latest happening, free music online, free music video, blogs on video and more.

nicolas1There was an earlier two-year period when I could not compete for a similar back problem, but I was able at least to take lessons. I went to Miami just to watch, also all the local comps, and that helped me feel less cut off. It is very painful though to be there and not dance. I found I could not watch my own division, that was truly too painful.

Bonnie YuIt's a really scary thought. Lately I have not been regular with my ballet practice due to an injury but I know I will be back in no time. I can't even think about not being able to dance again.

A really good dancers should know how not to get into injuries before it happen.
General Douglas Mac Arthur closed his speech with a famous line from an old army ballad:
"Old soldiers never die, they just fade away." I would say "Really dancers never die, they just fade away"
Let's Keep our feet happy before they fade away.
