To answer this question, you must first ask, why do people have booty calls?

- Sex / fun
- Loneliness / companionship
- Curiosity / excitement / experimentation
- "Conquest"
- Looking for something more (e.g. relationship)
- Validation (e.g. after just getting dumped)
- Revenge
- Pity
- Friendship (e.g. cheering up a friend)

For some of these reasons, once is enough.

I'm going to try to answer this with a practical rather than moral argument: anyone who is really worth it tonight is worth waiting a little while for. How long is of course a matter of personal decision - 24 hours, weeks, months, "until marriage", whatever. The point is that if two people can't find creative ways to enjoy each other's private company short of resorting to the eternal obvious itself, then they will probably find the obvious rather boring the minute it is over. Proceeding in stages not only gives you lots of chances to back out with fewer regrets, it keeps a sense of anticipation there to bring you back together. Go ahead and rush through things fairly quickly if that suits you both, but at least take enough time to enjoy and contemplate the journey.

Yeah, but that's not the purpose of the booty call, is it? It's supposed to be no-strings-attached, not the beginning of a relationship.
