The dance is about rhythm, sensuality, african combination. My friend suggested, Smokey Robinson's Crusin from the cd The Definitive Collection. For beginers, try something slow with a strong beat such as Wade in the Water by Eva Cassidy. If you want to up the tempo, try Livingstone Saturday Night by Jimmy Buffet. Other good tracks are things such as Moondance, Straighten up and fly right etc. As long as you can count 4 to it, it will do. Chris |
