Just a couple odd bits:

1) RE: a move that I think is called a Pot Stir. Does anyone do this in competitions these days? Is it leadable at all? I seem to remember seeing it done eons ago on Dance Fever and such and it looked so cool.

2) Speaking of said TV show of yore, does anyone have copies of this at all?

Could you be speaking of the Cork-Screw? Where the lady is lead on a right foot continuous spin with the left leg in attitude. And at times will spin low to the floor.

That's what I thought. Yes, in the Hustle Comps there are still competitors performing that turn. And at times during the party dances they dabble in the turn. It is still going strong. As far as a copy of the TV shows back in the day, I don't know how to obtain a video of it.
All the Best.
